- Facilitated workshop on Team Building and Conflict Resolution with MOSAIC Settlement Department Team
Intercultural Association of Victoria/Victoria Police Department/Saanich Police Department – Victoria, BC
- Facilitated, in collaboration with Lina de Guevara, workshops to explore the relationship between Victoria and Saanich Police Departments, and immigrant, refugee and minority communities
- The stories emerging from the sessions were transformed in theatre scenes and presented in forums for community and police audience

- Trained facilitators for YOUTHCO AIDS Society education campaign

- Facilitated the exploration of issues commonly faced by workers and developed scenes to assist in the training of shop stewards and workers’ advocates
- Facilitated a Hospital Employees Union all staff day focused on the enhancement of staff cultural competence, fluidity and humility
MOSAIC – 30th year anniversary – Vancouver, BC
- Facilitated forum with Governor General Michaëlle Jean and newcomer/refugee youth
MOSAIC – Somali and Korean Community – Vancouver, BC
- Facilitation training for community workers
YMCA – Hong Kong, Caritas – Hong Kong
- Designed and delivered training to youth and social workers in the use of the Theatre of the Oppressed and Popular Theatre methodologies applied to community work
NYPRO – Hainan Island, China
- Facilitated a one day Asian regional managers retreat focused on team building, inclusion, and cultural competence
Lac Viet Radio – Vancouver, BC
- Developed with members of the community radio drama scenes addressing local issues, which were broadcast live in a radio forum
- Listeners called in and intervened in the scenes by replacing characters and proposing avenues to deal with the situations presented
- The radio forum was conducted in Vietnamese
Frog Hollow Neighborhood House – Vancouver, BC
- Designed and conducted a process to assist staff and management to define a vision, set priorities for the Neighborhood House, and develop a strategic plan to implement them
